C.P.C., Founder and President of P.R.H. Management, Inc., began his career in 1969 recruiting for Dunhill Personnel. As a recruiter of financial personnel, Peter was the most successful personnel consultant in Dunhill's history. In 1970, he moved to Winston Personnel, continuing his career as a recruiter of financial personnel. In 1972, Peter joined Dependable Personnel, as a Partner. In 1973 he formed P.R.H. Management, Inc. Today, PRH Management, Inc. is the only placement company with 25 years experience serving the telecommunications industry.
In 1972, Peter developed a relationship with a then small, fledgling company, MCI Communications Corporation. As the telecommunications industry grew, the network of individuals he placed expanded, and Peter's expertise in the recruitment of telecommunications professionals became unsurpassed. As MCI began its battles in the United States with AT&T and the FCC, the acquisition of highly-talented individuals became the cornerstone of MCI's success.
